Campaigns Lab is a non-profit organisation that supports animal protection organisations to deliver creative and memorable campaigns for animals.
The Role
We are looking for someone who is a digital communications specialist with a broad range of experience in running online ads. This role commands an organised, detail-oriented person who can manage multiple competing deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
You should be able to demonstrate strong ad set up and management skills including Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, X and Google Ads. Ideally, you have run a business social media account in the past.
Responsibilities:
Devise appropriate strategies to run ad campaigns
Build digital ad campaigns, including writing ad copy and audience building
Proactively monitor live campaigns
Analyse and report findings from the ad campaigns in a detailed written report
Run and manage our own content marketing and content research projects
Promote our work on our website and other promoting platforms including sharing of case studies, advertising our courses and trainings and events
Support client needs during our collaborations with consultancy and insight
Essentials:
Experience setting up and managing digital ads
Experience with Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, X and Google Ads
Strong work ethic and able to represent the Campaigns Lab brand in a professional manner
Knowledge of the animal advocacy space and the messaging around this topic
Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail
Confident dealing with multiple competing deadlines
Task management efficiency
Self motivated and proactive
Ability to complete 1.5 days per week worth of output
