Overview

Campaigns Lab is a non-profit organisation that helps animal protection organisations build more strategic, creative and effective corporate campaigns.

We support animal welfare organisations through hands-on campaign development, thought partnership and training. Our role is to help organisations build stronger campaign plans, develop sharper tactics and create more powerful campaigns.

This role can flexibly cover any of the below programmes depending on experience and interest. Campaigns Lab runs three core programmes.

Our work

Collabs: Our flagship programme for organisations that want hands-on support to build or improve a campaign. Over 4+ months, we work alongside your team on campaign strategy, target selection, tactics, escalation, messaging and delivery. This is a practical, collaborative programme for organisations that want deeper support & training.

Consultation: A block of 6 bi-weekly calls with one of our team. 

We help organisations think through campaign plans, target choices, tactics, corporate engagement, escalation, messaging, or other strategic challenges. This is a flexible option for teams that need an experienced thought partner at key moments.

Training: We offer a range of training solutions. These are delivered through 1-2-1 coaching, webinars or in-person events. 

What we’re looking for

We are looking for applicants to have;

  • Experience of corporate campaigns and the strategies that contribute to the success of these campaigns

  • Knowledge of the cage-free, broiler and fish welfare topics

  • Some flexibility with working hours to accommodate global partners

  • Self-motivated

  • Experience in project management

  • Experience in training

  • Own laptop and stable wi-fi connection

  • Experience working from home 

Specifics

Start date: September 7th 

  • 8-month maternity cover with potential for extension (funding dependent)

  • Flexible hours, minimum 3 days

  • £45,000 - £55,000 pro rata, depending on experience

  • Remote, compatibility with UK timezone required for at least 50% of working hours

  • Contractor, ability to work on a contract basis required, paid from UK
